Course Overview

Anatomy and physiology of Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), as well as Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) will be discussed in addition to ultrasound physics, indications and procedures.

  • Discuss anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of respiratory system
  • Discuss current treatment options for respiratory disease processes
  • Review physics and anatomy related to EUS procedures
  • Discuss indications for EUS procedures
  • Review tumor staging and therapeutic procedures
