Advanced EndoWorks 7 Training

Pre-Requisite Course

Attendees must be proficient in using a Windows-based computer. They should also have a strong understanding of EndoWorks 7 and be using the current version. The value of the course will be enhanced if attendees have remote access to their facility’s system.

Target Audience

IT personnel, biomedical technicians and engineers, GI nurses and other personnel who are responsible for the support and maintenance of an EndoWorks 7 system.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Course Overview

This course provides attendees in-depth training in the advanced features of EndoWorks 7, including system functionality, configuration, networking, customization, and troubleshooting. The course addresses functions relevant to both administrative and support personnel and includes extensive hands-on training, as well as, direct interaction with the current EndoWorks system. Following completion of the training, attendees will be able to provide comprehensive first-tier support of their facility’s EndoWorks 7 system.

  • Creating and editing Exam Types

  • Facility and Institution level administrative settings
  • Application Flow, Roles and Users
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Gateway configuration and troubleshooting
  • Database overview and utilities
  • Backup procedures and troubleshooting
  • ICU operation
  • Analysis Reports
  • Introduction to KB Maintenance
  • KB structure and organization
  • Building and editing the tree structure
  • Adding items to existing menus
Friday:
  • Introduction to sentence models
  • Building simple sentence models
  • Basic KB troubleshooting
  • Final review and hands-on assessment

Registration Fee

$500 course fee. The fee is included in the price of a Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA).

Attendees will be provided a light breakfast service, lunch and an afternoon snack. While attendees are responsible for travel and hotel accommodations, a list of hotels with Olympus secured rates will be provided in the course confirmation letter.
Class size is limited. Please register early.
