• How do I register for a course?

• What is included in the registration fees?
  
  All instructional materials will be provided. Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch will be provided daily to the participants. Registration fees do not include air travel or lodging fees.
  
  
• Can I have on-site training at my facility?

• What is the dress code for the training?
  
  Dress code for the training is business casual. Please refer to the dress code policy for additional information.
  
  
• Will I have to make my own flight arrangements?
  
  Participants will need to make their own flight arrangements. If you are flying into Center Valley, you have several airports to choose from. We recommend using Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), which is located approximately 20 minutes from the Center Valley office. Additionally, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) are within a driving distance (approximately 1-1.5 hr).
  
  
• What airport is most convenient to the training location?
  
  We recommend using Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), which is located approximately 20 minutes from the Center Valley office.
  
  
• Will I have to make my own hotel reservations?
  
  A block of rooms will be reserved for training participants at the Hyatt Place – Bethlehem - http://bethlehem.place.hyatt.com. When reserving your room, please mention the name of the training course you are attending. The phone number for Hyatt Place is 610-625-0500.
  
  
• What hotel will I stay at while attending the training course?
  
  The Hyatt Place-Bethlehem 45 West North Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. http://bethlehem.place.hyatt.com. The hotel is conveniently located in Bethlehem, PA and is within walking distance to several restaurants.
  
  
• What do I do when I arrive at the airport?
  
  If you will be flying into Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), a complimentary shuttle is available from AB to Hyatt Place - Bethlehem. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange shuttle transportation. 610-625-0500. If you will by flying into Philadelphia or Newark, please contact J&J Transportation to make your ground transportation reservations. 1-800-726-1516.
  
  
• How will I get to Olympus each day?
  
  A shuttle has been arranged for your convenience. The shuttle will depart Hyatt Place every morning at 8:00am and will pick up trainees at Olympus at 6:15 p.m. When you arrive at Olympus, you will be greeted and escorted to the Training Room by our staff.
  
  
• Will you provide lunch during the training or will I need to make arrangements?
  
  Continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee service will be provided by Olympus. If you would like, we are more than happy to recommend restaurants for your dinner arrangements. Several restaurants are located within walking distance from Hyatt Place.
  
  
• How will I get to the airport once the training class ends?
  
  If you are flying out of Allentown - Bethlehem - Easton (ABE), a shuttle or taxi will be provided for you. If you are flying out of Philadelphia or Newark, ground transportation can be provided by J&J Transportation. 1-800-726-5466
  
  
• I am a smoker, can I smoke at Olympus?
  
  Olympus is a smoke-free campus. If you wish to smoke, information will be provided to you when you arrive at Olympus.
